Mentre poi questa si raffredda, unire tutti gli altri ingredienti in unico impasto. Unire polentina e impasto insieme fino ad ottenere una consistenza omogena. mezzo chilo di zucchero, 1 bicchiere di olio di arachidi, 1 bicchiere di spremuta di arance, 1 tazzina di limoncello, 1 bustine di lievito, mezzo cucchiaino di bicarbonato.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Procedimento:&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Impastare le uova intere con lo zucchero fino a ottenere un composto molto spumoso, aggiungere l'olio, la spremuta, il liquore ed infine la farina setacciata con il lievito e il bicarbonato.&lt;br /&gt;Lavorare a lungo e versare in uno stampo per ciambelle imburrato e infarinato, infornare a 150° per circa 45 minuti, a parte far bollire 3 cucchiai di i biscotti facendo attenzione che non si imbevano troppo.&lt;br /&gt;Coprire il fondo di una tortiera con uno strato di biscotti, stendere sopra un' abbondante quantità di crema di mascarpone, poi un arance non trattate con la buccia spessa&lt;br /&gt;200 grammi di zucchero&lt;br /&gt;100 grammi di cioccolato fondente&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Preparazione:&lt;br /&gt;Eliminare le due estremità delle arance, tagliare la buccia in quattro parti e lavarla lasciando un po' di polpa.&lt;br /&gt;Tagliare le bucce a listarelle della larghezza di mezzo centimetro e metterle in una casseruola di acqua fredda.&lt;br /&gt;Portarle a ebollizione, scolarle e ripetere il procedimento altre tre volte per eliminare il gusto amaro.&lt;br /&gt;Versare nella casseruola 3 bicchieri d'acqua e lo zucchero, aggiungere le bucce e cuocere per mezz'ora fino a ebollizione, e continuare fino all'evaporazione del liquido.&lt;br /&gt;Lasciare raffreddare le scorzette in una gratella.&lt;br /&gt;Sciogliere il cioccolato a bagno maria.&lt;br /&gt;Immergere le scorzette per tre quarti nel cioccolato e riporle su carta forno a raffreddare.&lt;br /&gt;Tenerle in frigorifero almeno un paio d'ore prima di latte&lt;br /&gt;1 limone non trattato&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Lavorazione:&lt;br /&gt;Si ammorbidisce il pane nel latte caldo fino a quando non viene assorbito completamente, quindi si strizza e si versa in una terrina, si uniscono le uova, lo zucchero, la scorza grattugiata del limone e si amalgama bene.&lt;br /&gt;Se l'impasto risulta molle aggiungere del pan grattato.&lt;br /&gt;Lavorare a lungo il composto, mescolando per una ventina di minuti, poi versarlo nella tortiera dotata di carta oleata e cuocere in forno a 180° C per circa un ora.&lt;br /&gt;Questa è una delle tante ricette per recuperare il pane vecchio, a cui si puo' aggiungere qualsiasi tipo di variante come cacao, frutta ect...&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;div di zucchero&lt;br /&gt;                  100 gr di burro&lt;br /&gt;                  3 uova&lt;br /&gt;                  1 limone non trattato&lt;br /&gt;                  1 fialetta di aroma di vaniglia&lt;br /&gt;                  1 bustina di lievito per dolci&lt;br /&gt;                  pinoli&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: bold;"&gt;Preparazione&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: bold;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: bold;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: bold;"&gt;Si lavora il burro (ammorbito a temperatura ambiente) con lo zucchero e le uova.&lt;br /&gt;Si aggiunge poi la ricotta setacciata, la scorza grattugiata del limone,l'aroma di vaniglia, la farina setacciata e infine la polvere lievitante.&lt;br /&gt;Si versa il composto in una tortiera precedentamente foderata con carta oleata, di spargono i pinoli sulla superficie e si cuoce in forno già caldo a 180° C per 40 minuti circa.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;div class="blogger-post-footer"&gt;&lt;img width='1' height='1'
